Marshall Fesche, DDS
Dr. Fesche graduated from Baltimore City College High School, University of Maryland in College Park and Farleigh Dickinson School of Dentistry. Dr. Fesche completed his dental internship at Metropolitan Hospital Center in New York City. After practicing dentistry in a private practice in Vermont, he returned to Maryland and established Carroll County Dental Associates in Westminster in 1975. Recognizing the needs of the community allowed the practice to grow and become one of the best in the area. Dr. Fesche has also joined other dentists from the area on mission trips with “Ecuadent” to treat disadvantaged children in Ecuador. Dr. Fesche and his wife, Tammy, have one daughter who practices law in Annapolis.
Angelique Fallahi, DMD
Dr. Fallahi is a Baltimore native. After living in Iran, she returned to the U.S, in 1994. Dr. Fallahi received her B.S. in Biology from Juniata College in 1999. In 2003, she graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry and joined Carroll County Dental Associates as an associate and became a partner in 2011. She believes that continuing education is a key element to successful patient care! She especially enjoys cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Fallahi helps her community by participating in programs such as Donate Dental Care, Dental Access, and Carroll Children’s Fund. She is an active member of her dental organizations. Dr. Fallahi enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughter.
Delia Chitimus, DDS
Dr. Chitimus grew up in Romania where she graduated with honors from dental school. After moving to the USA, she attended The University of Texas in San Antonio where she graduated Cum Laude with her second DDS degree. Dr. Chitimus also finished a one year residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Maryland. She keeps her clinical skills up-to-date with the latest techniques on dentistry through her ongoing commitment to continuing education courses and maintaining memberships with dental organizations. She loves working with people of all ages and enjoys all aspects of dentistry with a focus on cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Chitimus is fluent in English and Romanian.
Leah Romay, DDS
Dr. Romay is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where she served as the President of the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honors Society as well as the Vice President of the Maryland Student Chapter of the American Association of Women Dentists. She was the recipient of the Hanau “Best of the Best in Prosthodontics” award for her hand skills and clinical work. She is thankful for the opportunity to make a difference in her patients’ lives every day by providing high quality dental care in a gentle and compassionate way. Dr. Romay grew up on a farm in Pennsylvania and now resides in Baltimore City. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, working on projects, reading, and spending time with family.
Laura Simpson, DDS
Dr. Simpson graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society, Gorgas Odontological Honor Society, and Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society. She was awarded the Northeastern Society of Periodontics Senior Student Award, General Practice Directors Award, and Outstanding Dean’s Award for Community Service. After dental school, she completed a clinical fellowship in general dentistry and oral medicine at the Perry Point VA and University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Simpson strives to provide both exceptional and comfortable care to her patients. She enjoys soccer, golf, yoga, and reading in her spare time.
Sandy Wilkerson, RDH
Sandy is a native of Baltimore. She began working in the dental field in 1973 as a dental assistant and got her degree from The Medix School in Towson Maryland. She obtained her degree in dental hygiene from Baltimore City Community College in 1979 and has been practicing hygiene ever since. As a Carroll County resident, she enjoys serving her community with the highest quality of care possible. She loves what she does and finds her work very rewarding. Sandy enjoys spending time with her husband, her two grown sons and her handsome Bassett Hound-Rembrandt! In addition to being a dog lover, she enjoys cross-training and music.
Angela Arnold, RDH
Angie is a native of Carroll County. She attended Baltimore CIty Community College where she earned a Dental Hygiene degree and has practiced at Carroll County Dental Associates for 19 years. Helping others with their dental health is a Angie's passion. She enjoys spending time with her husband and four handsome and talented boys. Her hobbies are bible study, reading, and gardening.
Marie Barlow, RDH
Marie is a native of Baltimore. She began her dental career as an assistant in Orthodontic, Oral Surgery, and Periodontics and received her Certified Dental Assistant degree from The Medix School in Towson in 1996 . She then received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Baltimore City Community College in 2005. She attends a variety of contiuning education courses to advance her knowledge and remain up to date with changes in the industry.
Rachel Moledina, RDH
Rachel is originally from Western Maryland and has been living in Westminster with her husband and son since 2008. She became a dental assistant in 2000 and instantly fell in love with the dental field. After 11 years of assisting, Rachel entered the Dental Hygiene program at Baltimore City Community College. She graduated top of her class in 2013 and begin working at Carroll County Dental Associates. When Rachel is not working she enjoys being with her friends and family, reading, traveling and spending time outdoors.
Traci Elligson, RDH
Traci is a native of New York and moved to Maryland in 1989. She began her career in healthcare in 1994 after graduating from Medix School of Towson as a Certified Medical Assistant. After enjoying a rewarding 17 year career, Traci wanted to further her studies and continue her focus on patient education. In 2009, Traci received her B.S. degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland Dental School. In her spare time, Traci enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and continuing education.
